The Stars Program is an initiative designed to train IDF veterans, injured during the Iron Swords War, for management positions in hotels across the country.
For the logo, I chose the timeless “Mandatory” typeface by Fontef, removing a single star-shaped element to create a subtle yet meaningful gesture. The graphic language combines hand-drawn star illustrations (avoiding the overused five-pointed form) with authentic portraits of veterans now serving in leadership roles within Israel’s hospitality industry.
The color palette—deep midnight blue and white—speaks for itself: dignified, elegant, and unmistakably Israeli.
